Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you will acknowledge receipt of the parcel.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us () of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Shipping costs to return the artwork are at your own expenses.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), not later than 14 days from the day on which we have received of the artwork you had ordered. Reimbursement will take into account any deterioration of the artwork.

Shipping and Picking up
An artwork is not a usual consumer goods. There can be delays with printing, preparation and shipping times depending on the kind of work you are going to acquire.
The delivery depends on the time needed to provide the haulier or the customer (if you chose to pick up the piece directly at the workshop) with your purchase. The delay may vary from 1 to 2 weeks according the the type of artwork. The delay will be confirmed to you.
We will keep you informed every step of the way by email:
- Confirming that your order has been processed;
- Confirmation your artwork is ready for the shipping
Confirmation our haulier has taken your ship-ment in charge. This email will contain a tracking number, so you can monitor your shipment anytime directly on the haulier’s website.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and appear in your shopping cart once the delivery location is indicated and validated. The costs are determined by the size and weight of the item you are purchasing, as well as the delivery location. The costs can sometimes seem high: To ensure a secure delivery, we work with the best hauliers available, such as DHL, FedEx and/or UPS.
Customs Duty
Customs clearance must be applied to every item coming from a foreign country. Additional taxes and customs duty may be applied and you will have to pay them to the local authorities, in order to collect your parcel. The final order amount is to be considered “excluding any customs fees”. In order to know your country’s tax policy applied to imported artworks, we invite you to contact the customs authorities. Generally, the haulier takes charge of customs fees and taxes for you when the product is shipped. In that case, we will issue a bill for you later.

Shipping from and to the European Union: no customs fees thanks to the common customs territory.
Shipping from the European Union to another country outside the Union: please refer to the local customs authorities of the country. For your information:
Shipping from the European Union to the United States: no customs fees applied to original artworks created by living artists.
Shipping from the European Union to Russia: no customs fees applied to original artworks created by living artists.
Shipping from the European Union to China: as of today, thanks to the information we were given by the authorities : 6% customs duty.

What is a unique piece?
A unique piece is only created in one copy.
Are all art pieces signed?
Every piece of art on sale on Tekahem website is signed by the Tekahem. They are all delivered with a certificate established and signed by Tekahem.
What is a limited edition?
In the case of reproductible pieces (photographs), a limited edition is a series of identical prints, which are limited to a certain number of pieces. The number of prints is indicated on the page of
Will the ordered piece be identical to its picture on line?
We pay careful attention to publishing only high quality pictures, which render as faithfully as possible the aspect and colours of each piece. Nevertheless, discrepencies can occur, for example, due to screen specifications. Therefore, differences can happen between the rendering on the screen and the actual artwork.
Is the chosen art piece necessarily available when I place my order?
For photographs, the print can possibly be unavailable at the artist’s workshop and needed to be printed and/or framed. In this case, delivery will be processed within one or two weeks.

Are the paintings, drawings and photographs sold already framed?
We invite you to carefully read the piece’s description: it is always specified whether the piece is sold framed or not.
How is the cost determined?
The price appears both in euros: it includes all needed taxes added to the value of an intra-Community purchase. If the shipping destination is outside European Union, taxes will be reviewed and deducted from the total amount, when you place your order and indicate your shipping address.
Prices do not include:
• shipping costs (packaging, insurance etc.): those are determined when the order is placed (before giving any payment information), depending on the delivery location.
• Potential customs duties, local taxes or import duties.
What are the available payment methods?
Tekahem offers the possibility to pay with a Credit Card, Paypal, or Bank transfer.
Can I pay in several instalments?
We do, in some cases, grant payments facilities. In order to benefit from the instalments, please contact us by email at tekahem@tekahem.com
Is the payment secured?
Yes, 100% secured. Your banking details circulate online are completely encrypted, meaning that they are encoded in order to be totally unreadable. They are securely transmitted to our bank partner and never to Tekahem.
How can I trust my personal information is safe?
Tekahem commits never to give out to any partner or third party the personal details (first and last names, phone number, email...) you give out on our site. We will only use this information for the own good of our service.
